Registration

 New Student In-Person

  August 20, August 27 & September 3

4PM - 7PM

 Online Registration Form 

Fill in all appropriate information, select your desired classes and submit!

*Please fill out a separate form for EACH CHILD you are registering.

**Registration is NOT complete without payment.

Once your registration form is submitted:

Payment is due within 24 hours to ensure your dancer's spot. If payment is not made your dancer's name will be taken off the class list.

  • VENMO handle: @carmelas-dance-studio

    • In the description write: 

      • Student(s) first and last name

      • Tuition

      • For example: Suzie Schmoozie, Tuition

Payment Options:

Check or Cash:

  • TUITION BOX

    • Drop check (no envelopes) or Drop Cash (in envelope)

      • Tuition boxes are in both upstairs & downstairs studios​

  • MAIL SLOT DROP OFF

    • Put your check/cash in an envelope and drop it through the mail slot on the front door of the Studio any time the studio is closed

  • SEND CHECK

    • ​Send a check in the mail for the amount of your family's classes to:

    • Checks should be made out to "Carmela Mayo"

    • Always put student's name in the memo line.

    • Please do not use envelopes in the studio Tuition Box

      • Costume Payment

      • For example: Suzie Schmoozie, Costume Deposit
